The exhibit application submission window for 2025 is Nov 15–Dec 31, 2024.

• This is earlier and longer than previous exhibit application windows.
• If you exhibited at SmallSat 2024 and are the exhibit contact, expect a reminder email.

1. Apply

• The exhibit application window for 2025 is Nov 15–Dec 31, 2024.
• The date and time of your application does not affect acceptance or placement.
• Check back October 1 for more details.

2. Acceptance

• As there may be more applications received than spaces to exhibit, acceptance to the show and priority of booth selection will be based on each company’s credits as of January 1, 2025
Credit System
• New exhibiting companies that apply will be entered into a weighted lottery; there is no minimum requirement of credits for application or lottery entry. Any new company with sponsorship or donation credits, or companies that have applied in previous years, will be weighted heavier in the lottery. We reserve a select number of exhibit spaces each year for new exhibitors.

3. Booth Selection

• Accepted companies' booth selections will take place in batches, according to credits.

• Tabletop (2’ × 8’) is $2000; includes two Full Access passes.
• Single booth (10’ × 10’) is $3500; includes three Full Access passes.
• Double booth (10’ × 20’) is $6500; includes five Full Access passes.
• Quad booth (20’ × 20’) is $8500; includes seven Full Access passes.

University Exhibit pricing remains the same.

Modern Expo & Events will manage all freight, electrical service, audiovisual service, carpeting, and furniture rental. A complete listing of decorator services, deadlines, and appropriate order forms will be provided to you with your exhibitor kit.
