Industry Social Event during SmallSat 2026!
These open-invite events are a highlight of the week—perfect for making connections, showcasing your brand, and being part of the SmallSat energy.

New This Year: Priority Booth Selection
Host an approved open-invite Industry Social and unlock early booth selection perks.
To Qualify:
- Book an approved open-invite event by Dec. 31
- Make payment arrangements, with a non-refundable down payment, by Feb. 1
What you get:
- Priority booth preference for Premier and Partner Hosts during booth selection
- Premier Hosts: choose their booth within the first 10 companies during booth selection.
- Partner Hosts: choose their booth within the first 20 companies.
- 2 Exhibitor Credits to use in 2026 (for all qualifying hosts)
Note: This priority placement applies to 2026 only and is reserved for companies hosting a high-impact, open-invite event that enhances the overall SmallSat experience. All co-hosts receive full credit benefits.
Credit Criteria
To receive 2 credits, your event must:
- Be open-invite to all registered SmallSat attendees
- Be approved by SmallSat staff
- Take place outside official conference hours and events (including Monday Opening Social)
Co-hosting is welcome—all participating companies receive full credit.
What SmallSat Provides:
- Venue recommendations near the Salt Palace
- Connections to caterers and event planners
- Branding tips, signage support, and co-host matchmaking
- Promotion before and during the conference
- Optional access to premier venues like Gallivan Center and The Gateway

Hosting Options

Premier Host (Headliner)
Sponsorship of $40K+
- Priority booth selection
- Premier Hosts receive a complimentary Research & Academia Video Sponsorship (valued at $6,000).
- Premier location within outdoor venue near the Salt Palace (including security)
- Exclusive signage and branding on the entrance to the venue
- Company branding throughout the venue (banners, flags, digital, beverage napkins, menu boards)
- Social media + onsite promotion
- All venue set up including a mix of tables and chairs, lounge fur niture and outdoor seating areas
- Designated VIP area (capacity of 25-30 guests) to include lounge seating and a designated cocktail host
- Bar Service (including beer, wine and limited cocktails) for up to 1000 guests (2 drinks per person)
- Food Service (choice of 23 chef actions food stations or food trucks) for up to 1000 guests
- All event coordination including planning, vendor contact, day of set up and clean up

Partner Host (Co-Host/Featured Host)
Sponsorship of $20K - $35K
- Priority booth selection
Co-Host a Party
- Shared Rental of large outdoor venues near the Salt Palace (including security)/Each company will be assigned a designated area within the larger venue
- Shared signage on the entrance to the venue
- Company branded signage in designated area of the venue (banners, flags, digital, beverage napkins, menu boards)
- All set up including a mix of tables and chairs, lounge fur niture and outdoor seating areas in designated area
- Designated VIP area (capacity of 15-20 guests) to include lounge seating and a designated cocktail server
- Bar Service (including beer, wine and limited cocktails) for up to 500 guests (2 drinks per person)
- Food Service (choice of 2 chef-actions food stations or food trucks) for up to 500 guests
- All event coordination including planning, vendor contact, day of set up and clean up
Branded Sponsorship (Select one)
Entertainment Sponsorship
- Provide live performance by high energy party band
- Includes full stage set up, audio and lighting
- Company Branding: banner on stage (sides and or front) as well as promoting of company by band during event
- Five minute opportunity to welcome guests and promote company on stage (between sets)
- Designated VIP area (capacity of 15-20 guests) to include lounge seating and a designated cocktail server
- All event coordination including planning, vendor contact, day of set up and clean up
Bar Sponsorship
- Provide 2 full bar stations serving beer, wine and 2 signature cocktails (Cocktail may be themed to fit company vision or brand or promote local spirits) for up to 1500 guests, 2 drinks per person
- Includes lounge area and high boy tables in bar areas that can include company branding
- Full banners/company logos on back walls behind both bars as well as on menu boar ds and beverage napkins
- Company logo on wristbands of all guests
- Logo on guest wristbands for access to bar service
- Designated VIP area (capacity of 15-20 guests) to include lounge seating and a designated cocktail server
- All event coordination including planning, vendor contact, day of set up and clean up
Food Truck Sponsorship
- Provide 3-4 food truck/chef action stations (Examples: Wood Fired Pizzas, Frites, Crepes, Ice Cream, Street Tacos)
- Includes seating areas and company branded waters in bins in food serving areas
- Company branding throughout the food serving areas including banners, flags, digital, beverage napkins, menu boards
- Designated VIP area (capacity of 15-20 guests) to include lounge seating and a designated cocktail server
- All event coordination including planning, vendor contact, day of set up and clean up

Community Host (Sponsoring Host)
Sponsorship of $10K - $20K
- Designated space within the venue. The space can include the following:
- (1) Chef Action Station or Food Truck (Examples: Wood Fired Pizzas, Frites, Crepes, Ice Cream, Street Tacos) serving up to 300-400 guests
- Bar Service including beer/wine or 1 signature drink for 300-400 guests (2 drinks per person)
- Set up including a mix of tables and chairs and high boy tables
- Company branding at the designated space including banners or flags as well as beverage napkins and menu boards
- All event coordination including planning, vendor contact, day of set up and clean up
