The Small Satellite Conference provides exhibitors the chance to make new business associations and increase company exposure, while offering great networking opportunities. Don’t miss out on the chance to showcase your company!

Application Procedure

1. Apply

  • We’ve expanded our exhibit space and can now accommodate more companies than ever before. This is a great year to apply!
  • The SmallSat application window is open November 15 – December 31, 2024.
  • The email address used to apply will be the only access to the online exhibit account and will receive all future correspondence for your company, including acceptance notification, please plan accordingly
  • Please understand that this is an application, not a guarantee of acceptance.

2. Acceptance

  • We have expanded our exhibit space to accommodate more organizations, but there may be more applications received than spaces to exhibit. Acceptance to the show and priority of booth selection will be based on each company’s credits as of January 1, 2025.
  • New exhibiting companies that apply will be entered into a weighted lottery; there is no minimum requirement of credits for application or lottery entry. Any new company with sponsorship or donation credits, or companies that have applied in previous years, will be weighted heavier in the lottery. We reserve a select number of exhibit spaces each year for new exhibiting companies.
  • All companies will be notified by January 17, 2025 regarding their acceptance status

3. Booth Selection

  • Accepted booth selection for accepted companies will take place in batches, according to credits, starting January 29, 2025.

Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations

The Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations are exclusively intended for employees actively working within the booth. These registrations are not to be offered to anyone outside of your organization. All additional staff must register as a Conference attendee.

Exposition Company

Modern Expo and Events will manage all freight, electrical service, audiovisual service, carpeting, and furniture rental. A complete listing of decorator services, deadlines, and appropriate order forms will be provided to you with your exhibitor kit.

Conference Participation

All exhibit registrations are full access and include admittance to the technical sessions.

Credit System

Organizations earn credits through various avenues. Credits determine booth selection order based on accumulated credits as of January 1, 2025. These credits are cumulatively calculated from 1992 to the present year.

  • Exhibit at Conference–5 credits per year
  • Sponsor–2 credits per year
  • Donate $1,000+ to Student Competition–2 credits per year
  • Open Industry Parties–2 credits per event
    • Multiple companies can co-host an event, and each participating company will receive 2 credits.

Credit Deduction

An organization will lose credits for any violation of the Show Rules and Regulations, unless remedied on-site. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Late set-up or early tear-down of booth
  • Violation of height and space restrictions
  • Subletting an exhibit space

Show Management reserves the right to take action deemed to be in the best interest of the Conference. This includes, but is not limited to, making changes to the exhibit layout, show schedule, and Conference-related activities.
