University Exhibit Kit
Credit System
In our credit system, organizations can earn credits through various avenues. Credits determine booth selection order based on accumulated credits as of December 31, 2025. These credits are cumulatively calculated from 1992 to the present year. Organizations can earn credits through the following:
- Exhibit at Conference–5 credits per year
- Sponsor–2 credits per year
- Donate $1,000+ to Student Competition–2 credits per year
- Open Industry Social Events–2 credits per event
Credit Deduction
An organization may lose credit for any violation of the Show Rules and Regulations, unless remedied on-site. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Late set-up or early tear-down of booth
- Booths must be completely set-up by Sunday, August 23 at 6:00 PM
- No tear-down before Wednesday, August 26 at 5:00 PM
- Violation of height and space restrictions
- Subletting an exhibit space
- Poor treatment of staff or fellow exhibitors
Show Management reserves the right to take action deemed to be in the best interest of the Conference. This includes, but is not limited to, making changes to the exhibit layout, show schedule, and Conference-related activities.

Exposition Company
Modern Expo and Events will manage all freight, electrical service, audiovisual service, carpeting, and furniture rental. A complete listing of decorator services, deadlines, and appropriate order forms will be provided to you with your exhibitor kit.
Conference Participation
All exhibit registrations are full access and include admittance to the technical sessions.
- Any exhibiting company who has not paid will be dropped on or before May 29, 2026.
- All exhibit booth staff passes are full access and include admittance to the technical sessions.
- All exhibiting organizations agree to the information in the Rules & Regulations when they register for the Conference.
- Liability Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 is required for participation. Reference this section in the Rules and Regulations for additional insured and more information.
