Registration

Participants are encouraged to register for the full Conference. One‐day registration is available to those participants unable to attend the entire Conference. All speakers and presenters of contributed papers must register for the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Conference participants are encouraged to take advantage of early registration discounts by registering by July 5, 2010. The last day for off‐site registration is August 2, 2010. After that date, on‐site registration will be held in the second floor of the Taggart Student Center.

Exhibitor Registration $425
Exhibitors receive one discounted registration per booth space. All other exhibitors wishing to attend the conference will be required to register at the regular conference rate.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made to those registrants who cancel, less a $75 processing fee. A written cancellation request must be submitted by July 23, 2010. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions will be accepted through the time of on‐site registration.

The Utah State University Research Foundation reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.

Student Rate Eligibility

The student registration rate applies to individuals who are enrolled as full‐time undergraduate or graduate students. Those who are employed full‐time and are taking courses are not eligible for this rate. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, please contact Stephanie Halton or Blair Moore.

Proceedings and Presentations

A copy of the 2010 proceedings and presentations is included with full, student, and exhibitor registrations. Additional copies may be purchased for $25 each by marking the appropriate box on the registration form.

Additional Guest Tickets

Additional tickets to Conference events can be purchased for spouses/guests.

Dietary Request

Food substitutions can be made for those with special dietary needs. If you or your guest has unique dietary requirements, please provide details on the registration form or attach a separate sheet. It is important that we know in advance (before the conference begins) in order to make the necessary menu adjustments.

Persons with Disabilities

Reasonable accommodation is available for persons with disabilities. If you have special needs, please provide the necessary information on the registration form or attach a separate sheet. Fourteen working days notice is needed to prepare materials and services.
